Location: Poznan - Ongoing

Junior (Part-Time) Marketing Specialist

We are Europe’s largest Python software house, currently over 300 strong, ranked as the #1 Python/Django development company on Clutch.co. And you could be one of us!

We’re looking for someone willing to learn a whole lot about inbound marketing by supporting our Marketing team. You will be working closely with us on a variety of tasks, such as monitoring our social media accounts, analyzing data from our channels, and writing content for various ongoing projects. If you’re into graphic design or photography, you’ll have an opportunity to apply those skills too! It’s a great starting point for anyone considering working in marketing or the IT industry in the future.

Interested in inbound marketing KPIs, SEO, and PPC? Or maybe you’re interested, but slightly confused by all of these abbreviations? Come on over, and soon you’ll be writing CTAs with the best of them.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for somebody who’s still studying and ready to give their career an extra boost. The position is based in Poznan but you’ll have the possibility to work 100% remotely if you wish.

What do we need from you?

You will take part in:
  • Writing social media and email copy;
  • Analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics;
  • Brainstorming content promotion ideas with the rest of the team;
  • Fixing minor website issues;
  • Collaborating with graphic designers, internal development teams, sales professionals, external influencers and industry experts to promote relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience;
  • Monitoring the communication on social media channels of our partners;
  • Preparing reports with data from our partners’ social channels;
  • Meeting social media and content KPIs.
  Must-haves:
  • An excellent command of the English language. All of our materials are produced in English;
  • Interest in writing and editing;
  • Curiosity to learn more about software development and IT;
  • Interest in marketing.
  Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience using Google Analytics;
  • Awareness of fundamental inbound marketing concepts and processes;
  • Ability to run and produce content for social media channels (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Quora);
  • Photography skills;
  • Graphic design skills;
  • Familiarity with business news: ideally you have some idea what mergers and acquisitions are, and you won’t be confused when we discuss startup unicorns.
  What we’ll bring
  • The most modern marketing tools including Hubspot, Linkedin Premium and many more;
  • Certifications;
  • Working in a diverse, international team in which English is in constant use. Some of us would very much like to practice our Polish as well;
  • Training; not only in sales and marketing but also technical training covering technologies and recent trends;
