What does recruitment look like for the position of Junior Developer?

Almost every recruitment process at STX Next is carried out according to the following scheme: we get to know each other and discuss formal issues, carry out technical verification and inform the candidate of the final decision. In the case of junior positions, there may be an additional homework task stage.

What is workation and what does the remote work option look like?

STX Next is currently located in 5 cities: Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Piła and Łódź. No matter where our colleagues work from on daily basis, they can take advantage of workation at any time and work from any STX Next office. And together with the team and the manager, they can determine the working hours and the amount of work that will be adequate for both parties.

Which project will I join after starting cooperation with STX Next?

During the recruitment interviews you will receive detailed information about current projects. The final selection of the project which you will join at the beginning of your cooperation with us, will be maximally adapted to the technical level that we will observe during the technical verification. 

Does STX Next provide equipment?

Of course, STX Next provides the whole hardware set. STXers who like to work on their own computer can choose the option of working on their own equipment and receive monthly funding resulting from depreciation of equipment.
