Our 5 steps recruitment process

1. Application
We recommend that you upload your CV in English, as parts of the interviews and the job are conducted in this language. Once you apply for a position, and your experience meets our requirements, we'll contact you to set up a meeting.
We respond to every application to inform you about the decision.
2. Meeting with HR
Our meetings are held online and led by a member of the Recruitment Team. Depending on your country of origin, the meeting may be held in Polish or English. If Polish, then we will arrange a 15-minute English speaking verification.
In order to proceed with the recruitment process, we are required to verify the identity of candidates, due to the TISAX standards that we are obliged to follow. Thank you for your understanding.
During the interview we would like to get to know what is important to you, why you're excited to work with us, and learn about your skills and experiences. This is a great opportunity for you to shine – highlight the key elements that are most relevant to the job’s requirements (projects, technologies, scope of responsibilities and your contribution). We encourage you to also use this space to discover more about the team and STX Next.
3. Experience interview
Technical skills check for Developers / Meeting with Hiring Manager for Back Office roles
Once we assess your attitude, aspirations, motivations and fit with our company, we will invite you to a session to verify your technical skills, often using practical tasks. This meeting will last approximately two hours.
Our goal is to evaluate your technical abilities, working style, adherence to best practices, and how you approach and solve problems in real-time.
Whether we offer you cooperation or not, you will receive detailed comprehensive feedback on your performance from us. Our Technical Recruiters on Senior or higher level and Hiring Managers will conduct a thorough analysis, highlighting your strengths and providing suggestions on how you can further develop. This guidance will help you unlock additional exciting career opportunities, strengthen your position in the market, and give you an advantage in the eyes of future business partners.
4. Project allocation (technical roles) and job offer
Meeting with our business partner – In most cases you will be recruited to a specific project and in this stage you will meet with our business partner. The goal of this interview is simple - to ensure that the new team member is a good fit both technically and culturally, plus to make sure you have the necessary expertise and you will "click" with the team.
In rare situations we will present you a project after you join us. They range from short-term assignments lasting a few months to long-term engagements of one or two years. Your placement will be carefully matched to your unique strengths and aspirations during the recruitment process.

5. Welcome on board
We will send you the offer and documents that you can sign online with a qualified signature provided by us.

Which project will I join after starting cooperation with STX Next?
At STX Next, when you join our team, you become part of a growing company. Most times you will be immediately assigned to a specific project and the recruiter will tell you more about it. If there isn't an immediate project match when you join, we engage you in our internal tasks and provide dedicated training to develop your skills further. Ultimately, your placement is tailored to your unique strengths and aspirations, offering a rewarding and flexible career path with STX Next.
This approach ensures that we carefully match your technical skills and interests to the most appropriate projects through our technical vetting process.
We offer a variety of projects, from short-term assignments lasting a few months to long-term commitments of one or two years. This diversity gives you the opportunity to work on a variety of challenges, enhancing your skills and keeping your work experience fresh and exciting. As projects evolve, you may have the chance to participate in new initiatives that align with your expertise and career goals.
Why do I have to show my ID during an interview?
We are committed to adhering to TISAX standards, as demonstrated by the certification we have achieved. Verifying the identity of candidates is essential to maintain the highest information security standards, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner. We appreciate your understanding—data security is a shared responsibility.
Is the recruitment process fully remote or in-person?
Our recruitment interviews are held online via Google Meet.
At what times interviews are conducted?
Our recruiters are available between 8 AM - 5 PM CEST and CDMX.
What form of cooperation does STX Next offer?
Available forms of cooperation are B2B, contract of employment, and contract of mandate. This information is included in each job offer.
What are the working hours at STX Next?
We have flexible working hours – you manage your working time independently. However, make sure to attend all mandatory meetings. If you are working on a client’s project, make sure to talk about your core working hours with them.
Does STX Next provide the equipment?
Absolutely! STX Next provides a complete hardware kit – including a laptop, keyboard, mouse, and headset. You can choose from top-quality brands such as Apple or Dell, and either pick it up at our Poznań office or have it delivered to you.
Can I change the project? What happens when my project ends?
Joining STX Next means you are a part of our community and talent pool. When your project ends we will do our best to find you another assignment to grow in. The same happens if you feel the need for a project change. Talk to your line manager about it, and they will inform you of the opportunities we have at STX Next.
How does the onboarding process look like for a new team member?
At the beginning of your journey at STX Next, you will be assisted by a Buddy – a person who will answer your questions and help clarify any doubts.
Our onboarding consists of three elements:
- Company onboarding – learn about STX Next, our rules, policies, and regulations. Participate in training sessions on feedback techniques and our customer-centric mindset;
- Team onboarding – time with your Line Manager or Head of Delivery to set rules of daily basis cooperation;
- Project onboarding – meet the Delivery or Project Manager and get info about the project that you will be working on (only for project roles).
