I have the great job of leading the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team. I'm lucky enough to work with an incredible group of recruiters in Poland and Mexico. It's really important to me to make sure we're always raising our game and keeping our recruiting top notch. When I'm not at work, you can find me relaxing with my family or getting creative with some crafting. I have a thing for making greeting cards and decorations - it's my kind of fun.

FAQ

Which project will I join after starting cooperation with STX Next?

At STX Next, our projects are divided into three areas: FinTech, Commerce & Transportation, and Industry & Energy. During the recruitment interviews, you will receive detailed information about current projects. The final selection of the project which you will join at the beginning of your cooperation with us, will be maximally adapted to the technical level that we will observe during the technical verification.

If you are waiting for a client’s project after joining STX Next, we will engage you in internal tasks and offer dedicated training.

What is the onboarding process for a new team member?

At STX Next, we know that both in private and professional life, the first impression is made only once. Our onboarding is an extensive and thoughtful process, which we constantly improve and modify by collecting feedback from people who participated in it. Our onboarding consists of three elements:

  • Company onboarding – learn about STX Next, our rules, policies, and regulations. Meet our VP or Directors of delivery;
  • Team onboarding – time with your Line Manager or Head of Delivery to set rules of daily basis cooperation;
  • Project Onboarding – meet the Delivery Manager and get info about the project that you will be working on (only for project roles).

At the beginning of your journey at STX Next, you will be assisted by a Buddy – a person who will answer your questions and help clarify any doubts.

What form of cooperation does STX Next offer?

The form of cooperation depends on many factors, such as the region, department, and role. The available forms are B2B, contract of employment, and contract of mandate.

Does the recruitment interview take place in the office or online?

Our recruitment interviews are held online.

Does STX Next provide the equipment?

Of course, STX Next provides the whole hardware set. If you won’t be able to collect it by yourself in Poznan’s office, don’t worry – we’ll send it to you!

What does the remote work option look like?

Remote work is a standard at STX Next. If you prefer to work from the office, it is also available to you. We have our offices in Poznań (Poland) and Merida (Mexico).

What are the working hours at STX Next?

We focus on tailoring working hours to your needs. However, make sure to attend all mandatory meetings. If you are working on a client’s project, make sure to determine your working hours with them.

You can find backoffice roles in the Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, Administration and Finance teams. Learn about our current job openings here.

Does STX Next offer internships?

Due to the technology and the level of projects we implement at STX Next, internships are offered very rarely. We are most often looking for candidates who have at least a few months of commercial experience. Internships are more likely to happen in non-technical departments, such as People & Culture or Marketing.
