Discovery

This step allows us to validate the idea from the perspective of the business, user, and technology, to ensure the product offers value and can be feasibly built.

Definition

Here, we develop a primary concept of the structure, navigation, and behavior of the product, along with the initial look and feel, to make sure the product is both engaging for the user and efficient for the business.

Delivery

Once all the parties involved have signed off on the initial design, executing the created design deliverables becomes a supporting role for the development.

Signal Kit is a complete, omni-channel communication suite for the K-12 community within school districts. More than a mobile app supporting the web platform, Signal Kit is a scalable assistant that can be used both as a voice interface and chatbot using different software.
