How do we work?

In the process of software development, we care not only about working code, a fully tested application and an agile approach. We build products with having the perspective of the whole picture, deep monitoring and providing reliable data to make the best decisions. DevOps is a rather wide term where we try to find the perfect synergy between Dev and Ops every day.

We work very closely with Development teams, supporting them by preparing an automated CI/CD environment.

We also use automation to maintain and monitor the cloud-based infrastructure 24/7, supporting customers in case of problems with access to services.

DevOps is a team of engineers that is constantly growing, and most of its members work in STX Next office in Poznań.

Working in one room allows us to constantly monitor what works best and brings measurable results- we act as a coherent team and we can always count on the support of colleagues who have more experience. The diverse seniority of engineers in our team gives the opportunity to continuously develop technical, leadership and mentor competences. Everyone can find something for themselves.
