New Business Manager – Outbound

What do we need from you?

STX Next is looking for a New Business Manager to support STX Next’s growth in serving clients globally. You will be in charge of bringing the most interesting projects and clients onboard as well as nurturing and maintaining these relationships. The candidate should have at least 3 years of cross-border B2B experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.

Must have:
  • At least 3 years of international experience in a similar position in an IT or SaaS company with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through/follow-up, not only in relation to prospects but also to achieving defined KPIs.
  • Passionate about building close relationships, ensuring effective communication, getting things done, and genuinely caring for the client’s satisfaction.
  • A goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy, professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • At least a C1-level command of the English language
Nice to have:
  • Have a network of C-Level contacts in Europe, North America, The Middle East and/or Asia.
  • Are proficient in other languages than English and Polish.
  • Have experience in working abroad (outside Poland).
What you will do:
  • Qualify and nurture new outbound business opportunities.
  • Follow up and follow through on the process of client acquisition and servicing.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, always looking for a win-win situation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction along with the Heads of Service Delivery.
  • Travel - when the global scene allows - to visit prospects and clients and to attend conferences and other events.
  • Prospecting and develop ways to reach out to prospective clients, like telesales.
