Senior International Headhunter (Sales and Marketing)

We are looking for a Senior International Headhunter for Sales and Marketing Department to source and screen global candidates for various sales, marketing and sales management positions. If you are also a strong communicator and comfortable forming and implementing hiring strategies, we’d like to meet you. This role will be a part of the Recruitment and Employer Branding Team and dedicated to work directly with the Sales and Marketing teams. The candidate will be immersed into a diverse, international team in which English and Spanish are in constant use. Some of us would very much like to practice our Polish as well. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow globally and succeed by hiring the most qualified people.


What do we need from you?

  • Designing and implement the company’s global Sales and Marketing hiring strategy
  • Working with Senior managers to determine annual hiring needs
  • Building a database of qualified candidates, both domestically and abroad
  • Research and benchmark STX Next’s monetary and non-monetary (salary, bonuses and extras) compensation
  • Help hiring managers craft appealing job descriptions
  • Advertise job descriptions on multiple recruitment sites
  • Source candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing employer branding days, using databases or social media)
  • Evaluating candidates via phone screens
  • Shortlist candidates based on predefined sales and marketing criteria
  • Schedule interviews on behalf of the hiring managers
  • Build relationships with the candidates for the future recruitment processes
  • Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
  • Support hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions
  • Proven track record in non-IT recruitment, preferably international Sales- and Marketing-related roles
  • Experience in the full recruitment life cycle
  • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus
  • Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
  • Working knowledge of HR databases and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Outstanding communication skills in English. Additional languages would be considered a plus
  • Excellent organizational ability
