Employer Branding Specialist

Hello, this is STX Next, most probably the biggest Python Software House in Europe. We have just decided to expand our Employer Branding team and we are looking for real employer branding passionate, who will help us enhance our brand. Working in our internal team, you will be responsible both for internal and external communication, as well as the majority of employer branding projects. You will have a real impact on the STX Next employer branding strategy.

What do we need from you?

  •  Strong experience in employer branding, communication and recruitment marketing area
  • Familiarity with social media trends
  • Hands-on experience in organising internal- and external events
  • Experience in HR copywriting (blog posts, social media, articles, newsletters etc.) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Creative, passionate, high-energy and professional approach
  • Great sense of humour
  • English - min. C1 (part of your job will be performed in English)
  Nice to have:
  • Experience in developing and launching video series and content
  • Experience in IT company
  What you will do?
  • Working on EB activities and campaigns in strong cooperation with STX Next Recruitment- and Marketing team
  • Taking care of STX Next social media: content creation, content editing, including ongoing support for other team members
  • Monitoring of social media and Career site performance - preparation of action plans
  • STX Next EB campaigns coordination and planning
  • Cooperation with 3rd party vendors and institutions
  • Organization of internal and external events (meet-ups, conferences, job fairs etc.)
  • ...and many, many more - depending on your skills and abilities :)
