New Business Manager – Inbound

STX Next is looking for a Senior New Business Manager who can work with the Inbound team to own the entire inbound sales relationship, working directly with the Head of Marketing, VP of Engineering and Service Delivery Managers (SDM) to bring new clients.

What do we need from you?

  Must have:
  • 5+ years of data-driven sales results
  • A goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy, professional approach
  • Prospecting skills
  • Analytical skills 
  • Former entrepreneurial or product experience considered a plus
  • A strong network that can be leveraged globally to achieve new introductions 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
  • A strong drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of a close knit sales and marketing team. 
What you will do:
  • Learn about STX Next services and messaging 
  • Adopt the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, processes, scripts, service info, etc. 
  • Build relationships with Management, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams
  • Capitalize on any opportunity to learn the industry and the business
  • Consistently meet both team and individual sales goals
  • Complete the onboarding and a list of prescribed readings 
  • Overall management of the inbound pre-sales process with prospective clients, which includes working with the existing inbound team to improve lead generation, working with pre-sales to offer more value during the discovery phase and working with SDMs to increase retention, and identify opportunities to upsell
  • Plan and drive ongoing account strategy, working with other New Business Managers (NBM), Service Delivery Managers (SDM) and clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators, and aid the client in achieving their goals
  • Help NBMs and SDMs establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with our clients and drive continued value of our services and solutions
  • Work with the Pre-Sales team to facilitate workshops with key clients,  both onsite and online 
  • Work with the Pre-Sales team to prepare and deliver presentations introducing suggested solutions to existing clients (with the help of NBM and SDM) 
  • Team with New Business Managers to increase client lifetime value
  • Keep up to date on new technology trends and make recommendations to STX Next on potential new service offerings
