Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, scheduling and qualifying sales opportunities for STX Next, globally. This is achieved through active outreach (email, Linkedin, prospecting calls). The BDR researches, qualifies and sets up initial presentations for New Business Managers.
This position lays the foundation for a successful sales career in the tech industry. There is a path for career growth within STX Next for the right candidate that is willing to learn and work towards that goal.

What do we need from you?

Must have:
  • Prospecting and warm calling skills
  • A goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy, professional approach
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • A strong drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through/follow-up, not only in relation to prospects but also to achieving defined KPIs.
  • At least a C1-level command of the English language
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, like HubSpot.
  • Are proficient in other languages than English and Polish.
  • Experience in working in the IT industry.
What you will do:
  • Prospecting and develop ways and proper cadences to reach out to prospects, like prospecting calls, email and LI communications, etc.
  • Create and deliver engaging pieces of communication to identified prospects.
  • Follow up and follow through on the prospecting process.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in HubSpot.
  • Ensure that the company’s services can deliver on the client’s needs.
  • Consistently meet goals for scheduling initial meetings.
