What do we need from you?

You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities for STX Next and for planning and structuring active omnichannel outreach and ABM campaigns with the purpose of scheduling introduction meetings.We are looking for a goal-oriented team player who is keen to propose and implement new approaches and tools as well as to improve processes.   • Helping to plan and execute engaging omnichannel outreach campaigns.
  • Set up structured email and LinkedIn campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Working with CRM, prospecting and automation tools.
  • Market analysis and lists creation.
  • Analyze performance metrics to plan and improve campaigns, A/B testing.
  • Consistently meet goals for scheduling introduction meetings.

What you’ll bring
  • Great organization skills and proactive approach.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to connect data points to find the best ways to approach prospects.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • A data-driven team player mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, PhantomBuster, Lemlist, Outreach.io, Reply.io, Zoominfo, Lusha, Salesloft, Gong.io, Hunter.io, Mixmax, TexAu, Sales Navigator (Boolean), Crunchbase or similar.
  • “Tinkering” - get enjoyment out of executing small changes in an attempt to improve or repair.
  • Experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience in researching and implementing sales automation tools.
  • Familiarity with ABM.
