What do we need from you?

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in IT management (software development services), 
  • You are great at building relationships with clients and development teams,
  • You can entrust people with power and responsibility,
  • You are open-minded and creative in finding business opportunities and improvements,
  • You are not afraid of making decisions, even if they seem to be hard,
  • You know how to work with budgets,
  • You can ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery,
  • You are motivated by clear and measurable goals,
  • Your English and Polish are excellent both written and spoken (min. C1),
  • Ideally, if you have a proven track record in delivering multiple high-quality IT services to medium and large-sized foreign clients.
